Claudia Vanheiden studied economics in Rostock, Germany, and management in California, USA. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma (at Xerox) and has also taken the CAS Strategic Management program at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She has worked for many years in Switzerland and abroad for well-known, globally active companies.

​Claudia was recruited to Switzerland in 2006 and soon founded her own company “Vanheiden Consulting” through which she has implemented key projects, among others, organizations, SMEs, non-profit organizations, commercial law firms and high-ranking managers of international corporations and other high net worth individuals. She has built up a long standing-client base client base and gained experience in various industries.

Her services include the support and management of corporate, IT, digitalization and transformation projects and initiatives, amongst others as project and interim manager, business and project consultant, facilitator and bridge between business and IT areas.
