Yulia Bolotina has over 15 years of experience in strategy and project management, whereof the last 8 in designing and leading sustainability programmes with cross-functional teams in multi-cultural settings. She has experience across sectors (financial services, industrial production, food services).

She is passionate about assisting companies become more future-fit and achieve impactful change across their value chain.​

​Yulia holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance (University of Maryland, USA), an MBA in International Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and a number of certifications in the field of sustainability: a CAS in Corporate Social Responsibility (Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts), a CAS in Global Social Entrepreneurship (University of Basel) and a certificate in Sustainable Supply Chain Management from the University of Cambridge (UK).
